Q: How do I enroll?
A: There is no registration for our online account access, just go to our homepage type your member number and password (your password will be the same as your TouchTone 24 {phone service}) and enter. If you don't know your TouchTone 24 password send us an email.

Q: What do I do if I forgot my password or have gotten locked out?
A: If you forgot your password or have gotten locked out, email us and we will reset your password.

Q: Why am I required to change my password and how often?
A: For security reasons we require password changes every 6 months.

Q: How much account information can I view at once?
A: You will automatically have access to the current month's transactions and information. You may choose to view the previous months by scrolling to the bottom of the page and entering the dates you wish to view.

Q: Does your account information download in to specific software?
A: You may download your account history in to Quicken, MS Money or as a comma-delimited text file.

E-Statement Questions

Q: What is an E-Statement?
A: This is an electronic version of your statement. It provides you an alternate way to receive and store your monthly or quarterly statement from CFCU. You are notified that your statement is available by email.

Q: How do I register for E-Statements?
A: You are automatically registered for E-statements. Log on to your online banking account and click on the eStatements tab to view your statements. 

Q: What if I want to receive paper statements?
A: To no longer receive eStatement and receive paper statement please fill out an opt-out form.

Q: Is there a fee for E-Statements?
A: No, E-statements are FREE!

Q: Will I be able to print my statement?
A: You have the option of printing a hard copy of your E-Statement and/or creating a folder on your PC and copying the PDF file into it.

Q: How many months are archived?
A: E-Statements are available for up to 12 months.

Q: What if I change my e-mail address?
A: To update your account information please email the credit union.
